Our Council is voted in by the people, some can't seem to get it through their thick heads that it has nothing to do w/the 1000 the membership is not stupid, we know its not possible. We the people voted and majority wins, deal with it! Stop bashing the membership because we don't agree with who "you" think should be on council. Congratulations Ernie and Roberta!
Out of the loop... interesting...could it be former council members (and family) here bashing the new council members and the "stupid membership" because we voted them out. That would be a bitter pill to swallow since they would no longer be privy to inside information or decision making for that matter...thats my two cents.

you make a good arguement however run the numbers between the valad signatures dave had on his petition and how many votes he got in his election. the % of the registerd voters are nearly identical. im sure dave knew his position on the council was assured even before he announced he was running because he had enough supporters even after the cc scandal and his arrest.
take a close look at the CF articles that came out with the candidates. the dinner leta was at they aired out thier views about this per cap issue and went even further than that. now the article about daves dinner there was no mention of this per cap and why it should or should not work so why?
dave comes up with a idea but no plan and then leta has been taking the heat for it not going through so it stands to reason why would these 3 set the record straight while your opponent is taking the blame for it? this per cap has everything to do with it. its why dave got on council its has everything to do with this insurance money and it has everything to do with why leta lost.
take a look at what she has done to help the people, the audit whitch led to the end of the cc abuse the new management produces huge profits in just the first year she passes the deal to get the elders a grand a month then looses the election? why? there is only one answer, too many people believed somebody else could line thier pockets pure and simple. i dont know this roberta and she may be a decient person but her leaving out this issue of the per caps in her article raises my eyebrows.
